Before 2017, Paper 1 had 40 MCQs and students were allocated 80 minutes.
Between 2010 and 2017, Paper 2 included a PQ question. Excluding the PQ question, students were allocated 75 minutes to complete 60 marks worth of question.
Before 2017, Paper 3 Section B was a 3-choose-2.

Roughly speaking, it was 1.25 minutes for each mark for paper 2, and 1.5 minutes for each mark for paper 3.
